Our team offers an insightful view of HR Credibility and how to build it. The Human Resources (HR) function plays a vital role in any organization, responsible for tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations. Unfortunately, HR is sometimes seen as a “back-office” function, or as a department that is only involved when problems arise. This is why it is important for HR to cultivate credibility, both within the organization and with external stakeholders.
Having a seat at the business table requires more than just problem solving or policy administration. This learning module is focused on exploring proven strategies and activities to help secure that seat based on first-hand experience.
