Course Objectives:

DE&I initiatives exist to maximize employee contributions to organizational goals. Our DE&I learning module seeks to share a relevant and current understanding of what today’s DE&I initiative is all about. Course segments focus on the evolution of DE&I, definitions and how successful companies incorporate this initiative into their daily work practices. We take a complex topic and help to provide an objective and simple awareness of why and how Diversity, Equity and Inclusion benefit all employees and the organization. We further discuss the business case for DE&I in the workplace and how we can individually support DE&I initiatives at work.

Intended Audience: All employees and leadership teams
