Course Objectives

To provide attendees with instruction and insight on key characteristics and habits of effective leaders. Through a series of modules, new supervisors will gain perspectives on what it takes to be successful when managing or supervising other employees. Topics reviewed include building effective teams, employee engagement, safety, conducting employee reviews, managing effective meetings and many others.
