Course Objectives
To provide attendees with instruction, insight and tools on how to effectively manage employee performance concerns. As a key function of any leader, having the confidence, tools and ability to constructively address and enhance performance provides multiple benefits across the enterprise. Team members are higher performing, more engaged and more likely to stay with the organization. Additional leadership skills and qualities like results driven management, strong interpersonal skills conflict resolution and business acumen are addressed as key contributors to this important task. We will walk through 8 steps of Performance Management and discuss where and how to use each stop in the process. The training is enhanced by ‘What would you do’ interactive exercises to solidify the skills acquired through this training event.
