Course Objectives

This course helps participants develop the skills needed to effectively manage and resolve workplace conflict. Participants will examine the top causes of conflict and explore the potential benefits that healthy disagreement can bring to teams and organizations. The course introduces practical conflict resolution approaches, proven de-escalation strategies, and methods for rebuilding relationships and moving forward after conflict. By the end of the program, participants will have tools to navigate challenging situations with confidence and foster a more respectful, collaborative work environment.
